Channel Sales Specialist

As the Head Channel Partner & Sourcing at our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading the sourcing vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to build a high-performance team that can maximize sales contribution from Channel Partners (CPs), corporates, and alternative channels. Your key responsibilities will include designing and leading the overall sourcing organizational structure, developing incentive frameworks for CPs that are aligned with business goals, personally engaging with top-tier CPs and institutional partners to drive quick closures, hiring, mentoring, and leading sourcing managers and executives, driving CP engagement through various initiatives such as events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms, and reporting CP sourcing contribution distinctly in terms of visits, bookings, and revenue share. The ideal candidate for this role would be an MBA/Graduate with a strong sales background and 12-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputed developers. You should have an extensive CP network across Ahmedabad & Gujarat, a proven track record of scaling CP-driven business, and possess strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.,
