Channel Sales Specialist

As a Channel Sales Specialist-Sourcing (Real Estate) at our reputed real estate development company in Mumbai/Pune, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Partner Identification: Conduct research to identify potential channel partners that align with our business strategy. - Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospective partners through methods such as cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. - Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and support. - Negotiation: Take the lead in negotiating with potential partners to secure terms that are favorable and align with company goals. - Market Analysis: Carry out market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new partnership opportunities. - Onboarding: Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary training, resources, and support. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, offering regular reports and recommendations for enhancement.
