Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales professionals to drive the expansion of Zygal's market presence across India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a robust network of System Integrators (SIs) and IT Service Providers. Your primary focus will be to onboard, enable, and grow our channel partners while also strategically engaging with end customers to create demand and support partner-led sales.

This role is ideal for a hunter-farmer with a proven track record in B2B solution selling, who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Development & Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new System Integrator and IT partner channels within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment and drive growth.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with partner leadership and sales teams.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Work closely with partners to identify and pursue opportunities within their existing client base.
  • Jointly visit end customers with partners to present the Zygal Connect solution and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both revenue and new partner acquisition.

3. Direct Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Proactively generate your own pipeline by directly reaching out to potential enterprise clients in key verticals (e.g., Education, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, IT/ITeS).
  • Qualify leads and work in conjunction with channel partners to design and propose tailored solutions.

4. Solution Design & Presales Support:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Zygal Connect platform (both Cloud and Hybrid models) to articulate its value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners to design technically sound and commercially viable solutions for client projects, including bill of materials (BOM) and pricing.

5. Enablement & Training:

  • Train and enable partner sales and technical teams on Zygals products, USPs, and competitive positioning.
  • Provide partners with necessary marketing collaterals, sales tools, and demos to empower them to sell effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    4-8 years of proven experience in B2B solution/software sales.
  • Industry Background (Highly Preferred):

    • Candidates from

      CCTV/Electronic Security

      companies with strong SI relationships.
    • Candidates from

      Video Management Software (VMS)

      or

      VSaaS

      companies.
    • Candidates from

      IT Infrastructure/Cloud Solution

      backgrounds with experience selling through channels.
  • Channel Expertise:

    Demonstrable experience in channel sales, partner management, and working collaboratively in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Hunter Mentality:

    A self-starter with a proven ability to generate their own leads and build a territory from the ground up.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Ability to quickly grasp and sell a technology platform, explaining concepts like cloud, hybrid, AI analytics, and APIs.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
