Project Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager (PMP) with 5 to 7years of experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure timely completion of all milestones.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, PMP methodologies, and quality frameworks.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; provide regular status reports to management.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and technical teams for resource allocation and material planning.
• Manage client communication, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools , MS Excel, Power Point for presentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in infrastructure, IT, telecom, banking rollout projects or service delivery projects.
• Exposure to vendor management and large-scale rollout or implementation projects.
