Channel Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives to achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
  
• Drive acquisition of new personal loan customers through various sourcing channels like DSA, open market, digital, and cross-sell.
  
• Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure high productivity and motivation within the team.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines while maintaining process integrity.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers to generate consistent business inflow.
  
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
  
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure timely query resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to senior management on team performance, productivity, and goal tracking.
  
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members to support sourcing and relationship management efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 45 years of relevant experience in
