Kawar Enterprise Private Limited We are a modern manufacturing startup focused on bringing organized modular solutions through a growing dealer network. Main products include Modular Kitchens, Modular Wardrobes and Office Furniture.We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Executive to lead dealer acquisition and partner support across Bihar. This is a B2B sales role focused on onboarding and growing a strong network of dealer-partners who will represent our modular furniture brand, Tarush. The ideal candidate will not only convert direct leads but also support and handhold new dealers to ensure their showroom success. This is primarily a Field Job. Key Responsibilities: Travel across Bihar to meet prospective dealer partners and explain the business model Convert showroom leads into investment-ready dealer partners Train and support newly onboarded dealers, helping them set up and activate their showrooms Maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure consistent performance Engage with personal references and referral leads, converting informal interest into business conversations Coordinate with the internal design, finance, and support teams for execution Submit timely performance reports and contribute to ongoing sales strategy Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (B.Com / BBA / BA / Interior Design) 1–3 years’ experience in dealer/distributor/franchise sales, ideally in modular furniture, interiors, or consumer durables Prior experience in investment-led B2B sales is essential Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Google Maps, and mobile apps Comfortable with frequent travel across Bihar Fluent in Hindi; basic English preferred Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and process-oriented Own 2-wheeler and laptop are required Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed salary based on experience • Attractive incentive model linked to performance and dealer conversions • Reimbursement for travel and business expenses • Strong career growth opportunity within a fast-growing brand How to Apply: Email your resume to hello@tarushfurniture.com with the subject line: “Sales & Marketing Executive – Tarush”
