Channel Sales Manager

**Job Description:** As a part of the team, your role involves identifying and onboarding new partners (dealers/distributors) while nurturing relationships with existing partners. You will establish productive connections with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories to understand customer and business needs for effectively cross-selling and up-selling the company's products through channel partners. Your coordination with internal teams, including technical, inside sales, and management, is crucial to meeting partner expectations and acting as a communication bridge between partners and the engineering team. Regular assessment, clarification, and validation of partner needs and performance are required to ensure a high partner satisfaction rate. Additionally, you will coordinate with other salespeople, channel partners, and the CRM team to prevent conflicts, lead solution development efforts addressing end-user needs, and ensure partner compliance with agreements. Supervising partner sales personnel, maximizing sales, attending industry events, and conferences to build relationships and promote the company are also part of your responsibilities. Managing sales funnels, forecasting trends, seizing sales opportunities, motivating channel partners to achieve their targets, monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, and preparing monthly/quarterly reports on sales conversion, sales targets, and progress are essential tasks. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-10 years of experience in selling industrial products. - Prior experience in dealer/distributor management is mandatory. - Strong understanding of the industry, particularly in dealing with Tier 1 private and public sector customers, dealers, and channel partners in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Fertilizers, and Infrastructure. - Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in any Engineering (preferred). **Additional Company Details:** - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund - Work Location: In person,
