Channel Sales Executive

The role focuses on driving growth for Wires within the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Jalgaon regions through strong channel sales strategies and distributor relationships. You are expected to have hands-on experience in channel sales, possess market knowledge of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Jalgaon, and be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Your role will involve leading, strategizing, and addressing customer service needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include driving sales growth for Wires in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Jalgaon regions, managing and developing strong relationships with distributors and dealers to maximize market opportunities, and increasing both primary and secondary sales within the region. You will also be responsible for strengthening dealer network management to achieve wider market penetration and maintaining awareness of competitors" sales, pricing, products, and marketing strategies to sustain a competitive edge. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and stimulate business growth, overseeing territory-specific branding and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness, and addressing and resolving service-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the territory are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, motivate, and enhance the communication skills of distributor sales teams to optimize their performance. To qualify for this role, you should hold a relevant graduation degree or diploma (3 years) and have 3-10 years of quota-carrying sales experience. A minimum of 3 years of channel sales experience in Wires and good knowledge of the product market are also required qualifications.,
