The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential channel partners to drive business growth for the real estate company. Responsibilities: 1. Channel Partner Sourcing: - Identify and source potential channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other stakeholders. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new channel partners. 2. Business Development: - Work with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships. 3. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. - Analyze market data to inform channel partner sourcing strategies. 4. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring mutual benefit and growth. - Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: - Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Experience in channel partner sourcing, business development, or sales. - Skills: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
