Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Consolidation

- Identify new partners, projects, and trends in the augmented reality market applied to welding, painting, and education.

- Manage and monitor partner relationships, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.

- Responsible for achieving sales and development targets in the assigned region.

- Proactively approach the industrial sector, identifying opportunities for the implementation of welding and painting simulators.


Launching of Painting Simulators (New)

- Promote and sell painting simulation solutions to industrial clients, training centers, and partners.

- Develop tailored proposals for industrial clients, demonstrating the value of simulation technology for process optimization and workforce training.


Post-Sales Support & Incident Management

- Resolve basic incidents in augmented reality products to improve partner satisfaction and retention.

- Coordinate with the technical team to solve complex issues and prevent recurrence.


Partner Training & Enablement

- Develop and deliver training sessions on products such as Soldamatic and painting simulators to maximize partner effectiveness.

- Encourage best practices and keep partners updated on new product launches.


Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze sales results, trends, and key metrics for continuous improvement.

- Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.


Budget Development & Event Collaboration

- Prepare and adjust budgets, collaborating with finance to optimize spending and ensure necessary resources.

- Participate in events and trade shows, representing and strengthening brand presence.

Qualification:-

Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
