As a Channel Partner Manager, your role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners to foster mutual growth and commitment. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing joint business plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with partners to promote and sell products. - Collaborating with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts for maximum effectiveness. - Creating and managing channel partner budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability. - Developing and implementing channel partner onboarding and offboarding programs, including necessary documentation. - Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, providing data-driven feedback and actionable insights, and conducting regular performance reviews. - Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the medical device industry to adapt strategies accordingly. - Managing dealers and coordinating with all new/existing dealers to ensure smooth operations. - Identifying and resolving conflicts and challenges within the channel partners to maintain a harmonious relationship. - Providing support and guidance to channel partners on product and solution offerings for effective sales. - Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company for increased visibility. Your qualifications should include: - Previous experience in channel partner management or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships effectively. - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement. - Knowledge of the medical device industry, market trends, and regulatory changes. - Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales teams and channel partners. - Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
