Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Manager - Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances with 15+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, and business development. The ideal candidate has expertise in AI-driven Go-to-Market strategies, partner enablement, and scaling revenue through indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow channel partner ecosystems (VARs, ISVs, GSIs, RSIs, strategic alliances).
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies.
  • Strengthen underperforming partner territories and expand market coverage.
  • Enable partners on AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Support GTM execution for AI-led and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with partner organizations.
  • Conduct partner onboarding, training, enablement, and joint business planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for unified GTM motions.
  • Track partner performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and growth targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
