Established in 2020, Terafence is a 100% Indian-owned entity registered under the Startup India initiative and boasts over 60% Made-in-India content in its offerings .About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Manager – Cyber Security to lead our partner network and drive growth through strategic alliances. Based out of Gurugram, this role is crucial to expanding our cybersecurity footprint across key regions through effective partner engagement, enablement, and revenue acceleration.Key Responsibilities:Partner Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with VARs, MSSPs, SIs, and distributors to drive business development and revenue targets.Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to strengthen market reach and solution penetration.Sales Enablement: Provide partners with ongoing sales and technical training, tools, and resources to effectively position and sell our cybersecurity solutions.Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to define business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and joint GTM strategies.Performance Monitoring: Track partner KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets to ensure alignment with company goals.Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitor strategies, market developments, and evolving customer needs within the cybersecurity domain.Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner support and customer success.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).4–5 years of relevant experience in channel sales/management within the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure industry.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and partner ecosystems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.Willingness to travel as required.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance incentives.Opportunity to work with leading-edge cybersecurity solutions.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.How to Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to [info@terafence.in] with the subject line “CM – Cybersecurity Application”.
