Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Channel Development and Strategy: Identify and evaluate potential channels for product/service distribution and student/client acquisition. Develop and implement channel acquisition strategies, including targeting specific institutions, regions, or demographics. Negotiate and secure partnerships with key channel partners. Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a point of contact and providing support. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the education products/services. Address channel partner concerns and resolve issues promptly. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for growth. Analyze data to track channel performance and identify areas for improvement. Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel-specific campaigns. Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities. Develop and manage channel-specific marketing materials and collateral. Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on channel performance, providing insights into acquisition efforts. Develop and manage channel forecasts and budgets. Job Requirement Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with channel partners. Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement channel acquisition strategies. Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector. Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address channel partner concerns and resolve issues. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education sector and its key players. Experience with CRM and other sales tools: Familiarity with tools used to manage leads, track sales, and analyze data.
