Change Manager

As a Manager in the People Consulting - Change Management team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-changing and disrupted environment, supporting clients in aligning their HR function with organizational plans while focusing on employee experience. Your role will involve establishing expertise in change management within the practice, leading a team of specialists, and enabling the execution of change management strategies for global transformation programs. You will also be responsible for managing engagement risk, project economics, and developing thought leadership to enhance the practice's capabilities. Your role will require collaboration with global offices and providing insights on overall strategic and operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establish change management expertise within the practice and lead a team of specialists - Enable delivery and execution of change management strategy for global transformation programs - Provide advice as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a distributed program team - Manage engagement risk, project economics, and ensure high-quality deliverables - Develop thought leadership, tools, and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities - Support leadership in developing the practice and generating demand for change management projects - Define goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team - Collaborate with HR service areas to provide insights on strategic and operational performance **Qualifications Required:** - Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources - 12-16 years of relevant experience - Experience leading change management efforts on global client projects - Track record of designing and implementing medium-large scale change programs - Experience managing delivery teams and providing guidance on career development - Experience in learning design and content development - Experience in selling and delivering work across the full project lifecycle In addition to the qualifications required, ideally, you will possess: - APMG, PROSCI, or equivalent certification - Experience in creating project budgets and resource estimates - Experience facilitating solution workshops and design sessions - Expertise in recommending and leveraging new age/digital solutions for change management - Knowledge of HCM cloud technologies and project management At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring projects, receive support and coaching, develop new skills, and progress your career in a flexible and challenging environment.
