Change Management Responsibilities

• Develop/support

  change management strategy and approach

  aligned with Program and organizational goals • Track all

  change activities

  dependencies

  impacts

  stakeholders

  impacted by change • Participate early in

  design and solution discussions

  to capture

  business impacts

  • Produce

  BIA (Business Impact Assessment)

  reports, design

  mitigation solutions

  , and communicate impacts • Define and manage

  Business Readiness Plan (BRP)

  items • Create and socialize

  communication plans

  • Build and deliver

  communication materials

  (Bridge, email, briefing packs, media) • Drive
