Role Overview:

The Center Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service within a center or branch. They execute sales plans, monitor metrics, and work with other departments to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team through coaching, training, and feedback.
3. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction by resolving issues.
4. Monitor sales metrics (conversion, average transaction, retention) and improve performance.
5. Manage the sales budget, allocate resources, and control expenses.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust strategies.
7. Work with marketing, operations, and finance to align activities.
8. Prepare reports and presentations for management with insights and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in sales management (similar industry preferred).
