Job Description

You have over 5+ years of experience in Sales and Admin, particularly in the education sector. You possess strong proficiency in English and the local language, with excellent communication skills to engage persuasively, maintain a friendly demeanor, and achieve set targets. Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, coupled with strong analytical abilities. Your primary responsibility will be to independently manage and operate the institute as a profitable center. This involves strategizing and implementing various sales & marketing initiatives to meet admission targets, promoting the institute and its courses, overseeing admission procedures, and upholding staff & student discipline. You will also be required to liaise with suppliers & vendors, formulate revenue-generating activities, establish partnerships with local educational institutions, and maintain organized files, records, and databases.
