JOB INTRODUCTION:

The Branch Manager is responsible for end-to-end branch operations, ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, revenue growth, student satisfaction, and placement success. The role involves managing batch performance, placements, feedback mechanisms, sales conversion targets, reference generation, and overall branch profitability while maintaining high service standards and compliance with organizational goals.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Profit & Loss Ownership

  • Own overall center/zone profitability by driving revenue growth, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify leakages, and implement corrective actions to improve margins.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, and collections.

2. Revenue & Sales Performance

  • Drive admissions, conversions, and capacity utilization across branches and zones.
  • Align sales efforts with business projections and take corrective action to bridge gaps.
  • Support reference-led business and repeat revenue to strengthen long-term growth.

3. Batch & Academic Performance Management

  • Ensure strong batch health through attendance, engagement, and academic outcomes.
  • Reduce dropouts through proactive interventions and learner connect.
  • Improve overall learning outcomes to support placements and brand credibility.

4. Placement Outcomes & Learner Success

  • Ensure timely placements and strong post-course outcomes for learners.
  • Improve learner satisfaction and placement readiness through continuous tracking and support.
  • Resolve placement-related issues and feedback to enhance long-term placement performance.

5. Feedback, Grievance & Risk Control

  • Own student feedback and grievance resolution to minimize escalations and refunds.
  • Control operational and service-related risks impacting revenue and reputation.
  • Strengthen learner trust through consistent engagement and timely resolution.

6. Operations & Resource Optimization

  • Maximize utilization of infrastructure, faculty, and operational resources.
  • Ensure process adherence, documentation accuracy, and system updates.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure smooth batch execution and timelines.

7. Student Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong student and alumni relationships to drive referrals and goodwill.
  • Handle escalations and critical student concerns effectively.
  • Build a positive student experience leading to strong brand advocacy and reviews.

8. Financial Controls & Compliance

  • Oversee cash handling, expense control, and financial discipline at the center/zone level.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies related to payments, approvals, and audits.

9. Infrastructure, Hygiene & Compliance

  • Ensure branch infrastructure, hygiene, and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.


Qualifications & Skill Set:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with experience in business, operations, or center/zone management.
  • Strong understanding of
