Position Overview:

The Centre Head at an Automated Testing Station (ATS) manages all operations, ensures smooth vehicle testing, and follows government regulations. This role involves signing vehicle test reports and coordinating with government officials, transporters, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Operations:Oversee daily work at the station to ensure efficiency and compliance.Check and maintain testing equipment regularly.Ensure timely and accurate vehicle test reports.2. Ensuring Compliance:Follow all government rules for vehicle testing.Sign and approve vehicle test reports.3. Leading the Team:Supervise and train staff to follow procedures.Encourage professionalism and responsibility in the team.5. Monitoring Performance:Review station performance and find ways to improve.Resolve customer issues quickly.6. Managing Resources:Handle the station’s budget, resources, and inventory.Work with vendors and service providers when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

:Education:Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or similar fields.Experience:At least 7 years of professional experience, including:2 years in vehicle inspection or related technical work.2 years in management, preferably in the automotive industry.Skills:Strong understanding of vehicle testing.Good leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Knowledge of government vehicle inspection rules.Work Environment:Full-time, on-site position at the Automated Testing Station.Interact with government officials, transporters, Drivers and management Team
