Role Description

Zonal Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both project and channel segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and system integrators.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CRM and sales tracking tools for pipeline management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to support team members and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in CCTV and security technology sales

    (Channel sales).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability for results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
