Job Description

Monitor and control plant operations in the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure optimal process efficiency and safety compliance.

Operate DCS/PLC systems to regulate raw material feeding, kiln operation, and product output in line with production targets.

Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshoot process deviations, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

Analyze operational data, prepare daily production reports, and recommend process improvements for energy efficiency.

Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards while maintaining smooth coordination between field operators and control room activities.

Assist in training new operators and support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
