Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading shift operations for Kiln & Coal Mill as Shift In-Charge at Ultratech Cement Ltd in Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh. Your role will involve driving plant optimization and stabilization initiatives, managing daily production booking and reporting, planning and executing shutdown activities efficiently, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting production planning and budgeting processes.
