CCR Operator

Job Summary:

The CCR Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant operations from the central control room to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. The role involves close coordination with field staff, maintenance teams, and safety officers to ensure equipment performance and adherence to operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and control all plant operations from the central control room using DCS/SCADA systems.

2. Monitor kilns operation, operational parameters and tuning them according to kiln condition to ensure optimum production

3. Refractory Management (Kiln, cooler & dryer)

4. Actively participate in kiln shut down works

5. Routing site activity i.e Air pocking with safety equipment, various equipment’s trial from site, Attending Trouble shooting and abnormality, Cyclone and Hopper jam cleaning with proper safety.

6.Kiln shell temperature monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, electronics, or related discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a CCR Operator, preferably in cement/chemical/power industry.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with DCS/SCADA systems
• Strong understanding of plant process and control systems
• Knowledge of safety and environmental standards

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
