Role & Responsibility of CCR Operators: CCR operating personnel shall be instructed properly with documented instructions for the safe operations of plant and machinery. The CCR operations with necessary safety interlocks for all the equipment are ensured as per department Manual. Operation of VRM, RP and HAG The CCR operating personnel shall operate the BAG HOUSES, JPFs, in such a manner that the dust emission from the equipment is minimum possible. If the CCR is informed by any of the site persons about the visible emission from any of the above said equipment, then the operating personnel shall inform the concerned HOS for necessary action, if possible, to stop and check the equipment. All the safety interlocks have already been incorporated in the PLC for the occupational safety. It shall be reviewed at least once in 6 months. All the Dust Collecting equipment shall be checked during the maintenance or as per the preventive maintenance schedule. All the safety interlocks have already been incorporated in the PLC for the occupational safety. It shall be reviewed at least once in 6 months. Follow the work procedures and instructions as per the prescribed manual and Maintaining the required registers and records. Giving timely feedback of the equipment condition to SH/HOD. Effective utilization of manpower by coordinating with SH. Identification of Safety Compliance & giving feedback to the concerned SH to achieve Zero accidents.
