Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Checking of the quality of Raw material received at the sites as per the required specifications & quality norms & maintaining Consistent Quality Raw Material in stock yard to avoid use of substandard material. Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material. Supervising and overseeing the analysis, inspection, design, and testing, to ensure the highest standards of Product quality. Setting and overseeing the implementation of a testing and inspection schedule and ensuring the compliance with the set date and procedures. Concrete Mix design. Maintaining Quality Manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the criticality of quality and the adopted standards. Supervising and coordinating the quality auditing efforts to ensure compliance with QCI audit. To solve quality complaints received from customers. Develop Safety culture as per Company Standard. Having knowledge in Construction Materials like Cement, Concrete, Aggregates, Chemical & Mineral Admixture, Additive etc. Should have excellent knowledge of all relevant IS codes. Maintaining the quality records Qualification & Experience: BE/ Diploma Civil with minimum 8 years job experience. Proven work experience as a plant quality in charge in Ready mix concrete.
