Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager (RMC) located in Aurangabad. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of ready-mix concrete production, ensuring efficient and timely production while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong understanding of ready-mix concrete (RMC) production processes Experience in managing production schedules and resource optimization Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to cement manufacturing Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate with various teams Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad Show more Show less
