About ClearrCUT ClearrCUT is a fast-growing on-demand home services platform powered by Meadowkart, offering a wide range of professional home services including Makeup & Beautification, Home Cleaning, AC Repair, Salon-at-Home, Electrician, Plumbing, and more. As we scale to serve households across metro cities, we’re building a powerful operations and service excellence team—and we’re hiring Category Managers to drive growth across 20+ service categories.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Growth

● Own the end-to-end P&L of the assigned service category.

● Design and execute strategic plans to grow the category in volume, value, and customer satisfaction.

● Identify new trends and opportunities based on market demand and customer feedback.

Vendor & Partner Management

● Onboard, train, and manage service professionals (vendors/partners) for the category.

● Define SOPs, quality benchmarks, and service workflows.

● Monitor partner performance using KPIs and ensure service standards are maintained. 

Pricing & Promotions

● Design competitive pricing structures for services in the category.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop category-specific campaigns, offers, and deals.

Operations & Service Excellence

● Ensure smooth operational flow and coordination with logistics, support, and tech teams.

● Identify and solve issues in service delivery, cancellations, or partner-related challenges.

Customer Feedback & Experience

● Monitor category-specific NPS, ratings, and customer reviews.

● Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Cross-functional Coordination

● Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer support, and field operations teams.

● Provide inputs for product improvement and feature enhancements related to the category. 

Who Should Apply?

● 3-8 years of experience in Category Management, Business Operations, Vendor Management, or a related field.

● Prior experience in service-based or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.

● Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. 

● Data-driven, with a growth mindset and execution bias.

● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related disciplines.
