Core Responsibilities

1.Strategic & Business Development

  • Revenue Planning

    : Set and achieve category-specific revenue targets, pricing optimization, and profit margin management
  • Product Development: Work with product teams to develop category-specific features, tools, and user experiences
  • Vetting & Quality Assurance: Develop standardized assessment criteria, conduct skill evaluations, background checks, and continuous quality monitoring
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop category-specific marketing strategies, content creation, and user education campaigns
  • Build relationships with certification bodies and training institutes
  • Develop referral networks and expert sourcing channels
  • Create strategic alliances with complementary wellness providers

Revenue Growth

  • Drive category revenue growth through operational improvements
  • Optimize expert utilization and service delivery efficiency
  • Implement data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention

2.EXPERT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (Hire to Retire)

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Build expert sourcing strategies across certification bodies and communities
  • Develop category-specific vetting and assessment protocols
  • Manage hiring funnel: sourcing → screening → assessment → onboarding
  • Target:

    100+ qualified experts per category

Training & Certification

  • Design comprehensive onboarding programs for new experts
  • Create ongoing skill development and advanced training modules
  • Implement quality assurance and performance monitoring
  • Target:

    80% first-time certification rate, 4.0+ training satisfaction

Performance Management

  • Monitor expert performance: conversion rates, customer satisfaction, retention
  • Develop high-performer strategies to scale experts to >₹50K monthly revenue threshold
  • Implement performance improvement plans and coaching for underperformers
  • Manage expert grading/tier system and promotion pathways
  • Target:

    85% expert retention (90-day), 4.5+ customer rating, 30%+ high-performers (>₹50K monthly)

Expert Success & Retention

  • Build expert community engagement and retention programs
  • Handle expert grievances, career development, and recognition
  • Create incentive structures and performance-based rewards
  • Target:

    90% expert satisfaction, <15% monthly churn

3.. OPERATIONS OPTIMIZATION

Fill Rate & Availability Management

  • Implement absence management and backup coverage systems
  • Plan back up in long vaccation

Conversion & Revenue Optimization

  • Track and improve free call to paid conversion rates
  • Optimize service pricing and package offerings to achieve ₹75K+ monthly per expert
  • Drive ritual adoption and premium service uptake
