Role Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing & CLM)

full-time, in-office

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
performance marketing
campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
Lead
Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM)
strategies across push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email channels
Optimize website and landing page content based on
SEO best practices
Monitor and improve
organic traffic performance
through on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics using tools like
Google Analytics, MoEngage, Branch
, and internal dashboards
Identify new growth opportunities using
user behavior insights
and
retention cohort data
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategy with product and business goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in
performance marketing
and
customer lifecycle marketing
Strong understanding of
SEO techniques
, including keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization
Analytical mindset with experience using
Google Analytics, Google Search Console
, and marketing attribution tools
Proficient in using platforms like
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, MoEngage, Branch
Excellent communication and coordination skills
