Design & Content Intern

Instagram, newsletters, in-app banners, expert campaigns, and MoEngage journeys

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, newsletters, MoEngage campaigns, and banners/marketing visuals for the coto app
• Support content creation across formats: static posts, reels thumbnails, stories, carousels, and event promotions
• Create and localize banners and visuals for in-app notifications, homepage categories, and push campaigns
• Use tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and explore AI-based design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Ideogram) for visual experiments
• Work closely with the content team to translate briefs, scripts, and ideas into multi-platform visual assets
• Collaborate on expert and influencer-led campaigns, including post design, story layouts, and shoot support
• Learn and assist with MoEngage campaign setup (youll be trained)
• Track and recommend creative optimizations using basic social media analytics

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of

  Canva

  , and

  Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, knowledge of Figma would be a plus

• Passion for digital storytelling and clean, trend-forward design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to work across design, content, and performance teams
• Interest in exploring

  AI design tools

  and campaign-building platforms like

  MoEngage

• Ability to meet timelines and receive feedback constructively

• Preferred:

  Prior internship or project experience in a

  corporate, agency, or fast-paced startup environment

• Bonus:
