About the Role

We’re seeking a Category & Brand Manager to drive sales growth, manage brand onboarding, and optimize product portfolios for a fast-growing consumer brand. The role involves managing campaigns, executing marketing initiatives, and building long-term brand relationships to enhance customer engagement and category growth.

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Manage end-to-end brand onboarding, assortment planning, and product portfolio

📊 Conduct sales data analysis and brand reviews to identify growth opportunities

📈 Organize & manage sales events and promotional campaigns, securing discounts & contributions

🚚 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience (size charts, policies, competition mapping)

📣 Drive social media campaigns & influencer marketing for category promotion

🤝 Develop strategic plans to strengthen long-term brand relationships and competitive positioning

Requirements

✅ 5+ years in Category Management / Brand Management / Sourcing in e-commerce or retail

✅ Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting

✅ Strong understanding of portfolio management, forecasting & category growth strategies

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

⭐ Experience in fashion / lifestyle / consumer brands

⭐ Proven track record of scaling categories through campaigns & promotions
