Category Brand Manager

As a Category Brand Manager specializing in luxury gifting, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and customer engagement within our premium gifting category. Your expertise in category management, brand strategy, and market analysis will be essential in curating high-end gift offerings that elevate brand value and deliver impactful business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth by implementing innovative strategies to capture market share in the luxury gifting segment. You will be tasked with managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the category, ensuring the achievement of gross margin and net profit targets while optimizing operational expenses to maintain premium quality standards. In addition, you will lead the development of new, carefully curated gift sets and collections that align with market trends and customer preferences, ensuring timely launches for seasonal and occasion-based gifting opportunities. Your focus on enhancing customer engagement and brand loyalty will involve driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) growth, fostering repeat purchases, and implementing personalized gifting solutions and loyalty programs to drive customer retention. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory and supply chain processes to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover ratios for high-demand gifting products. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in category or brand management, preferably within luxury gifting, premium retail, or lifestyle sectors.
