Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand partners to ensure accurate and comprehensive cataloging on the portal, adhering to predefined product attributes and mapping requirements within the Order Management System (OMS).
• Take ownership of creating and optimizing category pages, product tagging, and modifying collection banners to enhance user engagement and facilitate product discovery.
• Proactively identify and address inventory synchronization issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent order discrepancies.
• Provide dedicated support for order fulfillment processes, including coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups, resolving any missed pickups promptly, and facilitating efficient return management procedures.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate cataloging and fulfillment workflows, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven 1- 3 Years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of product attributes, classification, and category management principles.
• Proficiency in using Order Management Systems (OMS) and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, brand partners, and logistics providers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
