Job Description: Catalogue Specialist (E-commerce Marketplaces)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Catalogue Specialist to manage product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and others. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce catalogue management, product listing optimization, and data handling with advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and consistent product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
• Manage bulk product uploads using Excel templates and CSV files.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, and inventory) to gather product data and ensure timely listing updates.
• Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms.
• Troubleshoot listing errors and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.
• Analyse product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with marketplace guidelines, policies, and new features.
• Generate regular reports on listing performance, stock status, and pricing competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management across multiple marketplaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with product listing and bulk upload tools on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and marketplace algorithms is a plus.
• Experience in using ERP systems or e-commerce management tools is an advantage.
