However, we've identified that creating detailed, accurate product listings remains a significant challenge for many sellers. That's where our Grocery Catalog Operations & Intelligence (GCOI) team steps in. We're transforming the seller experience by taking on the complex task of building product creation files ourselves, eliminating a major friction point in the listing process. Our team combines operational excellence with data-driven intelligence to streamline the entire catalog management process.
Through advanced analytics and business intelligence, we deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across US Grocery operations.
Key job responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Data & Analytics Proficiency
o Demonstrate ability to independently develop and optimize basic SQL queries for catalog management
o Proven capability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive catalog improvements
o creating clear visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders
- Generative AI Application
o Demonstrate success in leveraging Gen AI tools to enhance catalog operations
o Experience building at least one solution that utilizes Gen AI to automate routine catalog tasks and Improve data accuracy
o Leverage Gen AI to develop or improve SOPs for catalog operations and help with training content
3. Operational Excellence
- Process Improvement/automation
o Successful development or optimization of at least one SOP
o Implementation of at least one automation improvements that reduce manual effort/improve data accuracy
- Exception handling and Deep Dive capabilities
o Demonstrate ability to systematically investigate and resolve complex catalog issues
o Experience conducting thorough root cause analysis with clear documentation
4. Collaboration & Knowledge sharing
o Ability to effectively communicate with business partners and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
o Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions that meet stakeholder needs
o Regular contribution to team knowledge base and documentation
