Job Description

Perform emails & Calls (Inbound & Outbound) by working closely with Branch & RLBO team (Bank & BGSS Team). Role & Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring that emails & calls are answered within the time frame and support the branch operations. Responsible for driving improvements relating to CASA Helpdesk process and systems within the organization. Reporting to the Manager and managing the day-to-day performances of the business unit to deliver best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs. Lead, inspire, and coordinate with the Branch team at all levels. Work closely with the team. Taking responsibility for the ongoing developments of all levels. Enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory, and legal obligations are met across all interactions. Job Specific Skills Minimum 2+ Years of relevant experience in emails & calls activity. Strong knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette. Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage process & time. Must be able to work in a high-stress environment while delivering a high level of services to Branch. Must be willing and able to work as part of a team. Must be willing to work in a strict security environment. Swift decision-making within defined TAT. Coordinating with Branch when required. Educational Qualification B. Com / Any Graduate. Minimum Experience Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
