Role & Responsibilities: Perform UPI callings to ensure smooth operation of UPI-related processes. Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports. Draft and respond to emails for UPI-related queries and communication. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and ensure seamless UPI functionality. Provide regular updates on the status of tasks and processes. Job Specific Skills: Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
