Job Description

Roles &  Responsibility -

  • Ensures acquisition & value build of new to Bank CASA customers in the branch in the identified segments

  • Ensures value enhancement n the mapped portfolio by offering appropriate products in accordance with customer needs that results in increase in overall wallet share

  • Undertakes profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, working capital / loan needs & OPDT and family SA

  • Works towards catchment mapping & scoping for the CASA business with the help of SO along with BBL & prepares a wish list of potential customers from each identified segment in the catchment

  • Ensures Sales process adherence & desired productivity of SOs

  • Ensures  that team of SOs meets NTB, Cross Sell and Account quality  targets

  • Manages, mentors and motivates the SO team and co-ordinates with the RMs to evaluate and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs

  • Ensures customer engagement, suitable sourcing basis customer needs & AQB maintenance of accounts acquired

  • Monitors the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team

  • Drives the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled

  • Monitors and ensures sourcing of quality current accounts/saving  accounts in terms of product mix and value driven customer segments

  • Maintains continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by self & team through customer visits & proactively resolves customer issues/queries

  • Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section.

  • Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.

  • Implements the risk policies and processes (operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks), ensuring that that these meet regulatory and internal requirements.
