- Drive sales of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Lead client engagement from inquiry to closure – including site visits, negotiations, and final bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to support lead generation and post-sales services.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Mumbai region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including South Bombay & Central.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Strong understanding of property documentation and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms.
