Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, builders, and key decision-makers
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, production, and accounts) for smooth order execution.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of experience in business development and sales (B2B preferred)
Experience in [industry – e.g., construction, building materials, manufacturing, facade, glazing, etc.] is an advantage
