Job Summary

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, media planning, and creative solutions to clients
Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and upselling
Coordinate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
Negotiate commercials, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding of clients
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
