As a Technical Application Specialist, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software, network systems, and hardware. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Counsellor to guide prospective students about our IT training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for student guidance, and the ability to understand career aspirations and suggest suitable courses accordingly. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students. Provide detailed information about IT training courses, certifications, and career paths Assist students in understanding course content, batch timings, fees, and placement support. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Convert inquiries into admissions and meet enrollment targets. Schedule counselling sessions, seminars, and demo classes. Collaborate with trainers and placement teams to ensure student satisfaction and job readiness. Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and IT industry demands.
