Job Title: Career Development Executive / Officer Experience: 1 to 5 years Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Role Overview: As a Career Development Executive/Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding working professionals towards suitable online programs offered by reputed institutions. This is a target-driven, client-facing role requiring strong communication and sales abilities. You will be responsible for the complete enrollment process from lead generation and counseling to closing admissions while building lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end student enrollment process and consistently achieve monthly targets. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups Engage with working professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (virtual or in-person) Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing. Stay updated with program offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
