Job Title : Learning Consultant Location : Hyderabad, India Employment Type : Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and driven Learning Consultants to help students and professionals make informed decisions about their MBA journey. In this role, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward their Goal. Key Responsibilities Engage with leads to understand their career goals and recommend appropriate MBA programs Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and drive program enrollments Conduct one-on-one counseling, webinars, and sessions to present course benefits Build trust with candidates and guide them through the entire enrollment process Meet and exceed individual sales/enrollment targets Collect feedback and share market insights with the product and marketing teams Requirements 5 years of experience in consultative sales, counseling, EdTech, or education advisory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others grow Tech-savvy; familiar with CRM tools, video calling, and online platforms Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus) Benefits Competitive salary + attractive incentives/commissions Career growth in a rapidly growing EdTech company Opportunity to make a real impact in peoples lives 5 Days working Apply Now If you are excited to drive change in education and help students achieve their goals, wed love to hear from you!
