Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
cold calling
to connect with prospective students.
Counsel students
on career opportunities and suitable training courses.
Convince and convert
leads into admissions through effective communication and guidance.
Ensure
daily, weekly, and monthly targets
for enquiries and admissions are consistently met.
Maintain and update
MIS reports
and admission records accurately.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and guide students confidently.
Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of computer tools like MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
