Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    cold calling

    to connect with prospective students.

  • Counsel students

    on career opportunities and suitable training courses.

  • Convince and convert

    leads into admissions through effective communication and guidance.
  • Ensure

    daily, weekly, and monthly targets

    for enquiries and admissions are consistently met.
  • Maintain and update

    MIS reports

    and admission records accurately.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize and guide students confidently.
  • Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools like MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
