Stream & Subject Selection: Guidance for Class 10th and 12th students to choose the right academic path (Science, Commerce, Humanities, etc.). 2. Higher Education Consultancy (India) Course Selection: Expert advice on trending and traditional courses across Engineering, Medicine, Management, Arts, and Law. College Admissions: Assistance with navigating admission procedures, entrance exams, and college shortlisting across Kerala and India. 3. Overseas Education Guidance Study Abroad Support: End-to-end assistance for students aspiring to study in countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more. Application Management: Help with SOP writing, university applications, and visa documentation. 4. Entrance Exam Support Information and guidance on major competitive exams (NEET, JEE, KEAM, CAT, CUET, etc.) and connection to reputable coaching resources. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor. The Career Counsellor will assist individuals with career planning and development, guide students through career decision-making, and provide resources to help them achieve their professional goals. The role involves conducting counselling sessions, identifying career opportunities, and supporting individuals in creating personalised career paths. Qualifications Proficiency in Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management Strong skills in Student Counselling and understanding of their unique challenges and goals Effective Communication skills to convey information clearly and build trust Empathy and active listening skills to support clients effectively Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities Experience working in an educational or professional development environment is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or any degree Perks Food & Accommodation Rigorous Training Constant Support Incentives, Allowances & Bonuses Paid Leaves
