This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor for Kochi, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Thrissur, Palakkad & Coimbatore. The Career Counsellor will assist individuals with career planning and development, guide students through career decision-making, and provide resources to help them achieve their professional goals. The role involves conducting counselling sessions, identifying career opportunities, and supporting individuals in creating personalised career paths. Qualifications Proficiency in Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management Strong skills in Student Counselling and understanding of their unique challenges and goals Effective Communication skills to convey information clearly and build trust Empathy and active listening skills to support clients effectively Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities Experience working in an educational or professional development environment is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or any degree
