Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor at Unison World School in Dehra Dun. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for providing career counselling and guidance to students, assisting with career development and management, and conducting student counselling sessions.

The Career Counsellor will guide students academic, personal, and future career paths, offering one-on-one counselling, career assessments, college prep (essays, applications, recommendations), life skills workshops (interviewing, resumes) and collaborating with staff/parents to ensure holistic student development and successful transitions to higher education. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.

• Experience in student counselling
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of educational and career resources
• Ability to work effectively with students and parents
• Understanding of diverse career paths and opportunities
• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field
