Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ academic history, subject strengths, learning preferences, and future study intentions.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate UG/PG programs, specializations, diploma courses or certifications.
• Clarify eligibility criteria, academic progression routes, and transition possibilities between courses or streams.
• Help students understand how course content, curriculum structure, and learning outcomes vary across programs.
• Provide comparative guidance on multiple academic options to support confident decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of academic recommendations and counseling outcomes in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience - 0 to 2yrs. (Prior exposure to education counseling, academic coordination)
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to clearly explain complex academic structures and course options.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple student interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
